Belgian customers can pay via Bancontact, the trusted payment service supported by all Belgian banks. Payments via Bancontact are processed immediately.
Pay safely and easily via your own bank in the Netherlands. iDEAL payments are processed immediately, which enables a quick handling of your order.
SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows payments without additional accounts. Payments via SOFORT Banking are processed immediately and are available in several European countries.

Invoice Information and Payment Confirmation
After payment of your order you can request an invoice via email or our contact form. Also check your spam folder and contact us if you lose the invoice.
Check if the amount has been debited from your account. If you have not received a payment confirmation, check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
In case of a failed or declined payment, the payment will be carefully checked for fraud prevention. In case of a decline, we cannot share the reason. Your order will be cancelled in this case and you can place it again with another payment method.
